Full Body Painting & Surface Restoration

  • Disassembly: All external and internal components like screens, keyboards, and hardware are carefully removed.

  • Surface Cleaning & Preparation: Surfaces are cleaned to remove dirt, grease, and oils, followed by fine-grit sanding for better paint adhesion.

  • Precision Masking: Ports, vents, and branding elements are masked off using professional-grade tape.

  • Priming & Painting: High-quality primers and paints are applied in multiple thin coats for a smooth, durable finish.

  • Clear Coating: A protective clear coat is applied to enhance durability and aesthetics—available in matte or glossy finish.

  • Reassembly: Once fully cured, the laptop is reassembled and re-tested for optimal functionality.

Internal Cleaning & Servicing

  • Dust Removal: Compressed air is used to gently clean internal components including fans, heat sinks, vents, and the motherboard.

  • Thermal Paste Replacement:

    • Removal and cleaning of old thermal paste

    • Fresh application of high-quality thermal paste on CPU/GPU

    • Reinstallation of the heat sink

  • CMOS Battery Replacement: Old CMOS cells are replaced to ensure smooth BIOS performance.

  • Surface Wiping: All internal areas, including battery connectors and RAM slots, are wiped using isopropyl alcohol and microfiber cloths.

  • Impression Removal: Screen and keyboard contact impressions are removed from the display surface.
